Troubleshoot installation problems
Windows 10 warns me to use a "Microsoft-verified" app
In certain versions of Windows 10, you may receive a notification when you run the ndCurveMaster installer with a warning about Microsoft-verified apps.
- Open the Windows 10 start menu and select Settings:
- Click on Apps in the Settings menu:
- Under the Choose where to get apps section, click on the dropdown menu and select one of the options that allows you to install from Anywhere:.
Windows 10 S won't let me install ndCurveMaster
Windows 10 in S mode does not allow the installation of ndCurveMaster or other apps from outside of the Microsoft Store. To install ndCurveMaster, Microsoft requires you to out of Windows 10 S mode. Afterwards, visit the ndCurveMaster download page to install ndCurveMaster.

Resolve MacOS “ndCurveMaster cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified" error
- Run the binary. You should see
Killed: 9
as output in the terminal. - Once the error happens, open the
Security & Privacy"
control panel from System Preferences. - The
Security & Privacy
panel,General
tab is updated with the info that the binary was prevented from running. ClickAllow Anyway
. - Run the binary again. This time a different prompt is shown. Click
Open
- the binary should run as you expect.
