Windows 10 warns me to use a "Microsoft-verified" app

In certain versions of Windows 10, you may receive a notification when you run the ndCurveMaster installer with a warning about Microsoft-verified apps.

This message is displayed because ndCurveMaster is not in the Microsoft store. Any copy of ndCurveMaster downloaded from www.ndcurvemaster.com is safe to install, so choose "Install anyway". If you do not see the option to “Install anyway”, follow the steps below to change your system settings.
  1. Open the Windows 10 start menu and select Settings:
  2. Click on Apps in the Settings menu:
  3. Under the Choose where to get apps section, click on the dropdown menu and select one of the options that allows you to install from Anywhere:.

Windows 10 S won't let me install ndCurveMaster

Windows 10 in S mode does not allow the installation of ndCurveMaster or other apps from outside of the Microsoft Store. To install ndCurveMaster, Microsoft requires you to out of Windows 10 S mode. Afterwards, visit the ndCurveMaster download page to install ndCurveMaster.

Resolve MacOS “ndCurveMaster cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified" error

  1. Run the binary. You should see Killed: 9 as output in the terminal.
  2. Once the error happens, open the Security & Privacy" control panel from System Preferences.
  3. The Security & Privacy panel, General tab is updated with the info that the binary was prevented from running. Click Allow Anyway.
  4. Run the binary again. This time a different prompt is shown. Click Open - the binary should run as you expect.
